Commercial cooling · Essex & Suffolk · F-Gas 1021416
Cooling that keeps the business running.
Installation, servicing and repair for offices, shops, restaurants and server rooms. F-Gas certified, fully insured, fixed written quotes, records kept.
What we look after
One number for every site.
Offices & retail
Comfortable customers and staff without the running-cost surprise — sized to the space, zoned where it earns its keep.
Server & comms rooms
Kit that fails hot fails expensive. Dedicated close-control cooling, monitored condensate, and a service schedule that keeps uptime boring.
Hospitality
Kitchens, dining rooms and function spaces — heat load calculated properly, units placed where they work without blasting table twelve.
Service contracts
Planned maintenance across your sites: filters, gas checks, electrical inspection, records kept — problems caught at service, not at 2pm in August.
Honest guide ranges
What commercial cooling actually costs.
Ranges for typical installations including materials, labour and VAT. The free site survey turns whichever applies into one fixed written figure — and it doesn't change after that. Larger VRF jobs are priced from a proper heat-load survey, because the design drives the cost.

The paperwork layer
Compliance that runs itself.
Larger systems carry legal F-Gas leak-check intervals based on refrigerant volume — with records. We keep the log, schedule the checks before they're due, and hand you a compliance file your auditor can actually read. F-Gas certified under ref 1021416; certificates available before work starts.
Your questions, answered
Do you offer maintenance contracts?↓
Yes — planned service schedules across single or multiple sites, priced per unit per visit (£90–£150 as a guide), with records kept for your compliance file and reminders handled by us, not you.
Can you take over systems someone else installed?↓
Yes. We start with a condition survey — what's installed, what state it's in, what the F-Gas log should look like — then a plan with honest priorities.
How fast can you attend a breakdown?↓
Call us and we'll give you a straight answer on timing. Server-room and food-service failures get priority — heat damage compounds by the hour.
Can you work without disrupting trading?↓
Yes — out-of-hours installs are routine for shops, restaurants and offices that can't close. Tell us the constraint at the survey and the programme is built around it.
Can we phase a bigger install?↓
Yes, and it's common — priority spaces first, the rest later. Tell us up front and we'll design pipework and outdoor unit positions with the later phases in mind, so nothing gets ripped out at stage two.
Are you certified?↓
F-Gas certified (ref 1021416) and fully insured — certificates available for your records before work starts.
